7. Refunds

Fees for premium services are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated.

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

• a duplicate charge
• a technical error on the Platform
• the service was not delivered due to a fault of the Platform

8. Cancellation

Users may stop using the Platform at any time, or request deletion of their account. This can also be done independently from the Profile section.

Cancelling your account does not entitle you to a refund of previously made payments for activated premium services, except in the cases described in Section 7.

9. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of:

• Performance of a contract (use of the Platform)
• Legal obligations
• Our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional Platform
