1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Polovni Avtomobili platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and advertisers.

2. Using the Platform

The Platform is intended solely for the lawful posting, searching, and browsing of vehicle listings.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old, or have parent/guardian consent;
• you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts;
• you will use the Platform in accordance with the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.

3. Registration and User Account

Registration is required in order to post listings.

As a user, you agree to:

• provide accurate and truthful information;
• keep your password confidential;
• notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
• not create multiple accounts for the same person for the purpose of abusing the Platform.

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account that violates these terms.

4. Posting Listings

By posting a listing, you confirm that:

• you are the owner of the vehicle, or have the right to sell it;
• all information in the listing is accurate, truthful, and up to date;
• the photos show the actual vehicle;
• the price is realistic and not intended to mislead.

The Platform reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any listing that does not meet these terms or applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following is not permitted:

• posting false or fraudulent listings;
• selling stolen vehicles or vehicles with forged documents;
• posting the same listing repeatedly in bulk (spam);
• using automated systems to post listings;
• harassing or insulting other users;
• attempting to hack, scrape, or otherwise collect data without authorization;
• using the Platform for unlawful activities.

Violations may result in a permanent ban from using the Platform.

6. Responsibility for Transactions Between Users

Polovni Avtomobili is a platform that enables the posting, browsing, and promotion of vehicle listings.The Platform does not directly participate in agreements or transactions between buyers and sellers.

All negotiations, price agreements, payment methods, vehicle transfers, document verification, and other obligations are the responsibility of the users involved in the transaction.

The Platform is not responsible for:

• the accuracy or completeness of information in listings;
• the actual condition of vehicles posted by users;
• agreements or disputes between buyers and sellers;
• financial transactions carried out between users;
• any damages resulting from a sale between users.

Users are responsible for independently verifying the vehicle, its documentation, and the identity of the other party before entering into an agreement.

7. Services and Digital Features of the Platform

Polovni Avtomobili may offer additional digital services designed to improve the visibility and functionality of listings.

These services may include:

• listing promotion;
• featured listings and improved placement in search results;
• memberships and subscription plans;
• access to statistics and analytics;
• other features that improve the use of the Platform.

Charges for these services relate solely to the use of features offered by the Platform, and do not constitute a commission, brokerage, or participation in the sale of vehicles between users.

8. Payments for Services (coming soon)

To process payments for digital services, the Platform may use third-party electronic payment providers.

Payments made through the Platform relate only to services such as promotions, memberships, or other features, and are not connected to the sale of vehicles between users.

Polovni Avtomobili does not store payment card details and is not responsible for data processing carried out by third-party payment processors.

9. Security

We take the security of your data and your account very seriously, and we apply a number of measures to protect the Platform and its users.

These measures include:

• encrypted (HTTPS) communication between your device and the Platform;
• automated bot and abuse protection during registration and when posting listings;
• limits on the number of repeated or automated requests from the same user or source;
• secure storage of passwords using technology that renders them unreadable and inaccessible, even to us;
• we do not store your payment card details on our servers.

Despite these measures, no online system can guarantee absolute security.We recommend using a strong, unique password and not sharing it with others.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately.

10. Liability

Polovni Avtomobili is solely an intermediary platform between buyers and sellers.

We do not guarantee:

• the accuracy of information in listings;
• the condition or quality of vehicles;
• the identity of users;
• the successful completion of any sale;
• any damages or losses arising from transactions;

The buyer and seller bear sole responsibility for all agreements and transactions.

We always recommend an in-person inspection of the vehicle and verification of its documentation before purchase.

11. Intellectual Property

All text, design, logos, graphics, software, and other content on the Platform are the property of Polovni Avtomobili or are used with permission.

Copying, distributing, or using this content without prior written consent is not permitted.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.

Any changes take effect once published on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.

The courts of the Republic of North Macedonia have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of the Platform.
